Donald E. Longwell, Jr.

Mr. Longwell graduated first in his class from Duke University School of Law, Order of the Coif, in 1993.

Don Longwell was speaker at Heritage Ohio’s 2008 Annual Conference, the League of Historic American Theatres’ Annual Conferences in 2003 and 2004, and the Cleveland Bar Association’s 2002 Real Estate Institute on the subject of the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credits. He has also spoken on the same subject in Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Mississippi, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Wisconsin, and throughout the United States.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Longwell worked as a tax consultant for individual, corporate, partnership, estate and international taxation for Price Waterhouse. Mr. Longwell was also a certified public accountant.
